Shabby-Chic Altered Mini-Tin Day Planner

Haven’t tried your hand yet at altered art; this is the perfect first project.  Suitable for the more experienced also, this pattern comes with 5 templates and several pictures.

This is a day book tin for recording birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.  It has separate tags for each month.  On the back of each tag is a pocket containing yet another tag that can be pulled out to record information for that month.  A calendar is glued to the pocket of each tag.

A schedule for the 2008 holidays is glued to the tins inside lid.  Everything is vintage-looking and distressed.
