Ordering Information
Your pattern will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your purchase. You will need a word processing software program in order to download the pattern. If you don't have such a program on your computer, the instructions will contain the location of a free word processing software you may download.
You will also be given a password, and you will be directed to a link for downloading. You will have a week to download your pattern; after that your password will expire. However, your name and password will always be on file should you ever lose your pattern and need to download it again.

Shipping Info
Gift Items ordered from my store are made after orders are placed and many are personalized; therefore, please allow 7 days before they will be shipped. I ship my products UPS Ground which usually takes another 6 days.
If you are ordering products for a special occasion you should allow 14 days to receive the products.
