Tidings from Brenda.... Hello everyone from sunny (finally) Indiana. This newsletter is all about Mother's day which is coming up rather quickly - May 10th. Because I wanted to give everyone plenty of time to create these wonderful craft projects and patterns, I decided to send the May issue early. Terra Cotta Coasters
Supply List:
Terra Cotta Saucers Paint - light blue, antique white, white, black Small paint brushes Spray sealer - gloss Felt (for bottom)
Instructions:
1. Paint saucers with 2-3 coats of paint letting dry thoroughly between each coat. 2. With the end of your small paintbrush, stick the end lightly into paint and dot on dots. 3. Also with the end of your small paintbrush, dip lightly into paint and dot on edge of saucer lip close together so that each dot touches the next. The result will be a look of lace. 4. Spray with 2 coats of spray sealer letting dry thoroughly in between. 5. Trace the bottom of the coasters on felt and cut out; glue to bottom.
